What is a claim?

Permanent damage on any surface covered in the warranty. CLAIMS REQUIRE APPROVAL FROM A TRIDENT REPRESENTATIVE BEFORE ANY WORK IS PERFORMED. CLAIM SUBMISSION DOES NOT CONSTITUTE AN APPROVED CLAIM REPAIR OR AUTHORIZATION TO COMMENCE REPAIR.

There are four ways to file a claim:

What information do I need when filing a claim?

  • Name of dealer where purchased
  • Date of purchase
  • Your name, address and phone
  • Description of your vehicle (make, model, year)
  • Description of damage, when it occurred, source of damage and what you did to remedy the effected surface
  • A copy of your Trident Appearance Registration
  • An estimate of repair from either your selling dealer or outside repair shop

How do I get claim authorization for covered damage?

There are four ways to file a claim:
  • Claim authorization number — call 888.684.9327 ( 8am to 5 pm CST ) for Tire and Wheel damage and MAX Protection claims
  • For after hours repairs, please contact the service center the next business day to arrange for reimbursement
